和室の寝室 / Guestroom

お客様の寝室は、6畳の和室です。
壁は漆喰で塗り直し、畳は地元の職人に依頼してつくってもらいました。
リビングとの仕切りには、蚊帳を再利用した藍色のグラデーションのカーテンを。
朝夕の障子から差し込む光も、このお部屋の魅力です。

Your bedroom is a Japanese-style room with 6 tatami mats.
The walls were repainted with plaster, and the tatami mats were made by local craftsmen.
Indigo gradation curtains are used as a partition between the living room, and these cuetains are made from recycled mosquito nets which commonly used to provide mosquitos in summer nights in Japan utill 10-20 years ago.
The morning and evening light that comes in through the shoji screens is another attraction of this room.
